Day 11: Anderson Valley

We left the chaotic campground in stinky Soda Bay and drive up and over the hills to Anderson Valley. First stop, Anderson Valley Brewing Company.

Lots of beers tasters, and a great vibe. Juniper got to roam around off leash inside the tasting room.

We camped at Hendy State Park and relaxed in the cool shade of the redwood trees. This amazing pocket of redwoods is just right next to the oak grasslands of the valley. It is almost like entering a magical hideaway with virgin redwoods towering around us.
