We woke up at Botcher's Camp and hiked around the area. It looked like the campground could just slide off the edge of the cliff in to the fog-filled valley below.
Then we drove for hours and hours! All the way from Carmel through Monterey, then up past San Jose and across the toll bridge. Then through Napa and Calistoga and up to Clear Lake. We picnicked on the shore of the beach and enjoyed the view across the lake.
